Todd Congelliere is the head honcho at Recess Records. He also keeps a lot of musical projects going: THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD TO CANDYLAND, TOYS THAT KILL, STONED AT HEART, and he plays stuff solo, too. He is known for his band F.Y.P. as well.
Todd was kind enough to swing his parent’s R.V. by the KAOS studio on the most recent tour of The Underground Railroad to Candyland through the Pacific Northwest.
